Huddo’s Plumbing understands its’ moral and legal obligations as an employer and takes safety in the workplace seriously.

Many businesses and government offices use our services as they know they can be assured of quality work from a fully compliant plumbing business. Over our 30 years in the plumbing industry, we have proven to be reliable and trustworthy, and to meet our obligations as a PBCU (person conducting a business or undertaking) under the NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011.

We have taken a systematic approach toward workplace safety by developing a Work Management System (WMS). Our WMS is the core of our workplace safety, holding our policies, procedures, Job Safety Analysis, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for high-risk work, and (SDS) safety data sheets. Our WMS ensures we maintain compliance, keep our workers safe by preventing injury, and in turn, keep our clients happy because this helps them maintain compliance as well.

As part of the employment agreement with Huddo’s Plumbing, all our staff and subcontractors have:

• Current licences and are qualified for works carried out at site
• Proven evidence of identity (100-point check)
• Police check confirmed on their person
• Undergone an induction (training & instruction) if working at an industrial or commercial workplace before they attend site.

Huddo’s Plumbing maintains extensive insurance policies for both Workers Compensation and Public Liability.
